- Acting for a developer on the acquisition of freehold land for the development of a medical centre, including agreements for lease. The contractual conditions included the grant of satisfactory planning permission, completion of the superior landlord’s build works, obtaining wide uses to ensure an exit strategy, monitoring and influence on works up until and including Practical Completion and redress against contractors and professional team members subsequently.
